03.03.2010 - DOXNET Round Table during the CeBIT 2010 in Hannover

CeBIT offered the full range of professional IT systems. Hall 3 was again the center for document management systems (DMS) and Mailing Solutions.

Hall 3 was again the center of DMS and Mailing Solutions at the CeBIT 2010. “The concept contained, besides classical DMS solutions, the topic digital mail processing, which is directly connected to the subject of the DMS. Furthermore the visitor could find in the close-by halls the newest data base systems as well as solutions from the fields of Customer Relation management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Business Intelligence, and Enterprise Content Management”.

Directly to the “All around information”
Due to the consolidation of the topics DMS and Mail Processing/Mailing Solutions, the connections between these areas were presented in a transparent and practical way. This began with the digital data collection in the mailroom. There, letters, receipts, bills, drafts or other documents will be scanned and filed in the according electronic letter tray for further processing. Document management systems can be adjusted to individual specifications of a corporation, organization and make it possible to integrate the according workflow. Interfaces to crucial applications of a corporation, like the ERP-system or the financial accounting, guarantee an electronic process chain without interruption.

DOXNET Round Table
We supported the DMS offering in Hall 3 on Wednesday, 03.03.2010 with a Round Table event. After a successful day DOXNET members and interested visitors had the opportunity to exchange information about their impressions, the association, and our next events and activities at the Tower Restaurant "COSMOPOLITAN" (CC) with snacks and drinks in a cosy atmosphere.
The meeting was free for all DOXNET members, friends and interested persons.
